We're collectors who missed having one place where the hobby comes together, so we built one. Bring your whole collection into a single catalogue, organised your way, private by design but you can share as much or as little of it as you like with the community.

We all keep track of our collections in different ways. Whether its a spreadsheet or a handwritten notebook at some point things get out of hand. We've been there, done that and we feel your pain. Our answer was to build a platform that we ourselves wanted. With Nibfolio, every pen gets its own record. Keep track of, condition, nib, filling systems, box and papers, serials and limitation numbers etc. Add as many photos as you like and organise and sort your collection with custom tags that make sense to you.

- Verified Vendors: Don't leave it to luck! Look for Verified Vendors. Every one is a real person or business we've checked by hand, so you're never dealing with a ghost.
- Pay the seller directly: Get buyer protection by paying through PayPal on the site, or pay by bank transfer or however you both agree. The money never passes through us, and we take none of it.
Our Marketplace
We all know our collections change over time. That means passing things on to the next collector when the time comes. Once a pen is ready to be moved on, it's only two clicks from your catalogue onto our free Marketplace as all of the details from the nib to the box and papers is already there. All you need to do is set your price!
All sales are concluded between buyer and seller. You get paid directly either by hooking up your PayPal to our marketplace or arranging for a bank transfer or however else you both agree.
The money never passes through us. We take nothing from a sale. 0% commission, 0 listing fees, 0 hidden charges.
A community reunited
Plenty of us learned about the hobby on the old forums. You'd post a pen you weren't sure about, and before long someone had identified it, dated it and spotted the replacement feed. Those people are all still around but the conversations have scattered across a dozen apps and sites. Whereas before we could search and find that community knowledge, now the best answers scroll past us and vanish.
We're bringing back the community and building a forum of our own to give us a new home where the community can settle and find itself once again
